THE SIDDHA GURU: Bhagawan Nityananda
Nityananda thought that one should cultivate the purity of mind, the purity of
feeling and faith in God.
"One becomes exactly what one's mind dwells on intensely and with firm
resolve."

CASA CAMPANA MEDITATION - FREE TO GUESTS
Siddha Yoga (the 'path' followed here)
Imagine facing every situation in your life with the unwavering
strength and delight that come from the certainty of the divine
presence within you. The Siddha Yoga teachings assert that this
attainment is not only possible, it is our birthright. Visit the
SYDA Foundation for more.
The Meditation
Join with Jim for
meditations at 7am and 9pm (on most days). The sessions always take
the same format: a 45-minute chant of the mantra 'Om Namah Shivaya'.
There is no need to chant if you don't feel like it. Just sit in
silence. Oh, and if those pesky thoughts appear... remember: All is
Consciousness.
The power of the Mantra
Language is a form of
vibration - as is everything in this Universe - and the oldest, purest
language is Sanskrit. No other resonates as powerfully as this, and
when chanted by a Siddha Guru, sanskrit words are more powerful still. The
sanskrit phrase 'Om Namah Shivaya' means 'I bow to the Self'.
